You may access the Admin panel by clicking the "Dashboard Quick Menu" icon
to reveal the "Settings" option as shown below:
The Products Management component allows for the configuration of the different Loan Products offered, and is accessible by clicking
from the top navigational pane or by clicking
from the dashboard icons displayed.
This will render the screen below, displaying each product type, product name, short code, status and the actions that the user may perform for each product:
From the screen rendered above the user may perform different actions by clicking
VIEW LOAN PRODUCT
To view a loan product, click on any column element from the table displayed on the main products management page, or select the “View” option from the “Action” list as shown below:
OR
The loan details for the loan product selected will be displayed as shown below with the options to edit same or go back to the previous screen:
EDIT/UPDATE LOAN PRODUCT
To edit a loan product click the
button displayed on the loan details screen (as seen above) or select the “Edit” option from the “Action” list, displayed on the main products management screen as shown below:
This will render the product information screen in edit mode:
After editing the necessary fields presented, click
to save the changes made or
to return to the previous screen.
DUPLICATING A LOAN PRODUCT
To duplicate/copy a loan product, select the “Duplicate” option from the “Action” list for the desired product on the main products management screen, as displayed below:
This will render the popup below:
Click
to make a copy of the loan product or
to cancel this action.
The success notification below will be displayed and the Products table will be updated displaying the product that was duplicated.
DELETING A LOAN PRODUCT
To delete a loan product, select the “Delete” option from the “Action” list for the desired product on the main products management screen, as displayed below:
This will render the pop up below confirming the action to be taken.
Click
to delete the product or
to abort this action.
The success notification below will be displayed and the Products table will be updated displaying the changes made.
