Sometimes you may have to delete a loan from LoanCirrus. While we allow you to delete loans, you can only do so with strict conditions:
You MUST have explicit permission to delete loans in the PERMISSIONS section.
The Loan MUST be ACTIVE. Loan Applications can be "deleted" by being WITHDRAWN.
The Loan can ONLY have a single transaction (which is the disbursement). No other transaction can be applied to the loan. For example, a loan account that has repayments posted cannot be deleted.
Active Loans that are created and then deleted BEFORE 0600 (UTC Time) will not be counted towards that days active loan count and will not impact billing.
Deleting a loan is a PERMANENT ACTION AND CANNOT BE UNDONE.
