Documents are managed inside the LoanCirrus DLP.

Admins setup document types and connect them to products needing them. They also decide the VISIBILITY rules around those documents.

A. Documents can be visible to your online customers OR you can make the hidden and only available for your in-branch customers.

When documents are availabe online customers can upload them from REACH and they are automatically brought into the DLP and organized for users. (Example of a documemt brought into LoanCirrus DLP from REACH).
