Managing Income and Expenditure Data

The user may access income and expenditure data by clicking

from the navigational tab at the top of the loan information page seen here. The page below will be rendered. Click

to view, edit or add income data for the loan applicant, co-applicant and/or guarantor.

Select the applicant, co-applicant or guarantor from the “Income Owner” list provided as shown below:

Key in the income amount (numeric value for e.g. 2000000) in the input field provided.

Select the income type from the “Type” list provided as shown below:

Select the income frequency from the “Frequency” list provided as shown below. The total displayed is based on calculated monthly value , this may be changed by clicking on the filters at the top right of income/expenditure table

Click

to save the income data entered. The newly added data will be displayed as shown below,

with the options to edit

and delete

the data.

Click

to view, edit or add expenditure data for the loan applicant, co-applicant and/or guarantor.

Select the applicant, co-applicant or guarantor from the “Expense Owner” list provided as shown below:

Key in the expense amount (numeric value for e.g. 2000000) in the input field provided.

Select the expense type from the “Type” list provided as shown below:

Select the expense frequency from the “Frequency” list provided as shown below. The total displayed is based on calculated monthly value, this may be changed by clicking on the filters at the top right of income/expenditure table

Click

to save the expense data entered. The newly added data will be displayed as shown below,

with the options to edit

and delete

the data.

Clicking

will display a condensed overview of the income and expenditure data captured, the calculated surplus/deficit data and a visualization of the debt service ratio calculated.

Use the filters at the top right of the summary page to determine whose data to display (the filter used in one table e.g. Income, will result in the same filter being applied to the remaining tables e.g. Expense and Surplus/Deficit.

The charts to the right will display the calculated Debt Service Ratio (DSR) based on income & expenditure input, as shown below. Mouse over each slice of the pie chart to display more information:
