To create an application for a particular loan product the first step is to ensure that the loan product is active. When creating the loan product select "Active" for the loan status as seen below:
If the desired loan product is inactive the user may update the status by:
Locating the product in the product table seen here
click "Edit" from the action menu provided
3. change the status to "Active"
4. click
to save this change.
Another method of updating the status of a loan product is to:

Click "Activate" from the action menu provided
Once the loan product is "Active" it will become accessible for use in the first step of loan application process as seen below:
Select the loan product from the list and continue the loan application process as shown here.
