Whenever excess payments are made to an account, it goes into what is called an escrow account. In LoanCirrus, when you click on the Escrow Account you can deposit and withdraw from the account. This feature can be accessed from the Client Overview.

To make a deposit to Escrow click “Deposits”

Fill in the required fields

Then click

To make a withdrawal from Escrow click “Withdrawals”

Fill in the required fields

Then click

Enter the amount you want to withdraw. Next, go back to the Loan Overview and enter that amount as a repayment.

Note: The Escrow balance will auto-settle to any loan installment IF the loan accepts prepayment.
