You may access the Admin panel by clicking the "Dashboard Quick Menu" icon

to reveal the "Settings" option as shown below:

You may add users to Loan Cirrus and give each user a role that grants access/permissions to the different functions of LoanCirrus. This module allows you to:

  1. Create a user
  2. Edit/Delete a user
  3. View user permissions
  4. Assign user roles
  5. Create Roles
  6. Edit roles
  7. Assign permissions to roles
  8. View role permissions

This feature is accessible by clicking

from the top navigational pane on the Admin Dashboard or by clicking the dashboard icon below:

This will render the screen displayed below granting access to the options listed above:

The table displayed may be filtered by status and role

Select the desired filter and view users accordingly.

CREATE A USER

To create a user click

displayed under the Users tab on the Roles Management page. The form below will be displayed to capture the user information required to create a user:

Key in the User’s First name, Last name and Email address.

Select a branch from the options available or create a branch by clicking said option as shown below:

OR

Select a role from the options available or create a role by clicking said option as shown below:

OR

Select a status for the user from the options provided.

Key in a password for the user.

***Please note Password must contain one (1) capital letter and at least one (1) digit and any number of special characters***

Re-enter the password then click

The Users tab of the Roles Management table will be updated displaying the newly created User.


EDIT USER

To edit a user select the “Edit User” option from the Action list shown below accessed by clicking

for the desired user:

This will render the user information form in edit mode as shown below:

Edit the desired information then click


DELETE USER

To delete a user select the “Delete User” option from the Action list shown below accessed by clicking

for the desired user:

This will render the popup shown below requiring you to confirm this delete action by clicking

or abort said action by clicking

Please note: Once deleted this action cannot be undone.

ASSIGN USER ROLES

To assign a role to a user select the “Assign Role” option from the Action list shown below accessed by clicking

for the desired user:


This will render the page shown below:

Select the desired role from the list of configured roles then click

VIEW USER PERMISSIONS

Permissions throughout LoanCirrus are roles based (a combination of different permissions is granted to each role defined), and each user is assigned a role hence inheriting its permissions. To view a user’s permissions select the “View User Permissions” option from the Action list shown below accessed by clicking

for the desired user:

This will render the page shown below:

Click

next to each category of permissions to view a list of all the permissions granted under that category for the user/role. It will be displayed as shown below:

EDIT PERMISSIONS

Click

to make changes to the permissions granted for the role/user. The page below will be rendered.

Click

next to each category of permissions to view the permissions granted under that category.


To add a permission, click on the desired permission displayed under “Available Permissions”; said permission will be moved to the “Assigned Permissions” list. To remove a permission, click on the desired permission displayed under “Assigned Permissions”; said permission will be moved to the “Available Permissions” list. To save these changes click
