Managing Communication Preferences for Clients

LoanCirrus allows you to configure communication preferences for any client by selecting "Communications" located at the upper right of the client summary view as shown below:

This will render the popup below allowing you to configure the communication preferences for the client:

Use the toggles shown below to turn on/off different notification types:

Check/uncheck when messages should be sent to the client:

You may also choose to send reminders for asset reappraisals and ID document expiration in addition to emailing loan documents to the client:

A history of sent messages is also displayed here:

You may filter what messages are shown in the history as shown below:

Once the configuration is complete click

The software also allows you to send manual messages at any time by clicking on a client's phone number in the profile area.
