Only Admins with permission can edit products. On every product there is a section at the bottom called "API Visibility".

When "YES" is selected, your product details will be available to customers on your REACH website. It's that simple.

When you want to make the product unavailable to customers who visit your REACH website all you need to do is select "NO".
