LoanCirrus uses two levels of activity tracking to provide users with a comprehensive and transparent user experience. Activities are tracked at the Client level and the loan account level.

Activities on the Main Dashboard

The activity feed on the main dashboard is a grouping of all the activities tracked in the system. It will continuously update and will show the most recent activities. You can get more activities by loading more.

Activities at the Client Level

When viewing a client you can see all activities related to the client (NOT LOANS).

When viewing a loan account you can select the activity feed to see the log of activities on that specific loan account.
