LoanCirrus allows you to do 3 things with Fees:

1. Capitalize the Fee.

2. Deduct the Fee.

3. Pay the Fee upfront.

Each option is handled differently by the system.

CAPITALIZING FEES

When you select this option the system will disburse the requested loan amount but the client will repay you that loan amount PLUS the Fees. The Fees are made part of the capital on loan inclusive of the full loan amount.

DEDUCTING FEES

When you select this option the system will disburse the requested loan amount LESS the Fees. However, the client will repay you the total loan amount PLUS the Fees.

PAY FEES UPFRONT

When this option is selected the client has agreed to pay the fee themselves. The system will NOT allow disbursement of the loan UNTIL the fees are applied and paid.
